Por este motivo, <strong>el intercambio es una herramienta que tambi\u00e9n debe aprovecharse para fomentar la igualdad entre hombres y mujeres<\/strong>. \u00a1Te lo contamos!<\/p>\n<h2>Romper t\u00f3picos entre los j\u00f3venes gracias al intercambio<\/h2>\n<p>Muchas veces no somos conscientes, pero la repetici\u00f3n de t\u00f3picos y una educaci\u00f3n poco igualitaria puede generar que los roles machistas se asienten desde la infancia y adolescencia, <strong>algo que marcar\u00e1 su desarrollo y su forma de ver el mundo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La campa\u00f1a <strong>Redraw the balance<\/strong> (que se traduce como <em>Redibuja el equilibrio<\/em>) es un buen ejemplo de ello. En 2016 hicieron un experimento en una escuela que se convirti\u00f3 en un video viral que recientemente ha vuelto a hacerse popular. Lo puedes ver bajo estas l\u00edneas, \u00a1seguro que lo conoces!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/bb-pdI5tcwc\" width=\"750\" height=\"422\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os no solo representan, en su mayor\u00eda, a bomberos, cirujanos y pilotos como hombres, <strong>sino que se sorprenden al conocer a sus h\u00e9roes reales y comprobar que son mujeres<\/strong>. Quiz\u00e1 lo m\u00e1s significativo es que exclaman que van \u00abdisfrazadas\u00bb, sin creerse que puedan realizar dichas profesiones.<\/p>\n<p>El v\u00eddeo y la campa\u00f1a pertenecen a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inspiringthefuture.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Inspiring the Future<\/strong><\/a>, una iniciativa que muestra a ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as personas que han elegido profesiones que les apasionan, pero que rompen con los modelos tradicionales de g\u00e9nero. De esta manera, <strong>obtienen referentes en los que fijarse y poder seguir su propio camino<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>El intercambio, una oportunidad para tener referentes con los que crecer<\/h2>\n<p>Desde <strong>dothegap<\/strong> defendemos el intercambio como <strong>una oportunidad para educar a las personas, sin importar la edad, en valores clave como la igualdad en todos los \u00e1mbitos<\/strong>.
